Jason Day and Adam Scott Shine at AT&T Byron Nelson in Texas

Australian golfers Jason Day and Adam Scott have made an impressive start at the AT&T Byron Nelson tournament held in Texas. The tournament has historically been a successful ground for Australian players, and both Day and Scott are currently in contention.

Seung-Yul Noh, a South Korean golfer, stole the show in the opening round by shooting an incredible 11-under 60, despite damaging his driver. He currently holds the lead, but Day and Scott are not far behind. Scott shares second place with Zecheng Dou at eight under, while Day is among the group of players at seven under.

Scottie Scheffler, the betting favorite and world number two, had a strong start, going six under through six holes. Although he experienced a slight dip in the middle of his round, he finished strong with two birdies and an eagle in the last five holes.

Looking ahead to the remaining rounds at TPC Craig Ranch, the updated odds to win the AT&T Byron Nelson favor Scheffler, Scott, Day, and Noh. These players have shown promising form and have a good chance of clinching the title.
