Mike Corbat, Bill Rhodes Join PGA TOUR Policy Board as Independent Directors
PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. – The PGA TOUR Policy Board has announced the appointment of former Citigroup Chief Executive Officer Mike Corbat and AutoZone Executive Chairman Bill Rhodes as independent directors.

Mike and Bill will play critical roles in helping us further modernize TOUR governance while preserving the player-led focus that has defined our organization since 1968.”
The Policy Board is responsible for directing business strategies, setting corporate policies, defining financial objectives, and ensuring the TOUR’s financial success.
“In addition to their substantial professional accomplishments and exceptional leadership qualities, both of our new independent directors share a deep passion for golf and the future of the PGA TOUR,” added PGA TOUR Commissioner Jay Monahan.
About Mike Corbat
Corbat brings 38 years of experience in the financial services industry, having spent his entire career at Citigroup and its predecessors. He became CEO in 2012, leading the company until his retirement in 2021. Currently, he serves as a senior advisor and board member at 26North Partners, providing strategic insights across private equity, credit, and insurance ventures.

Under his leadership, AutoZone became the largest automotive parts retailer in the Americas.
