Novak Djokovic, Gareth Bale, and Carlos Sainz will participate in an All-Star golf match preceding the Ryder Cup at Marco Simone Golf Club in Rome, Italy, on September 27. Team Monty includes:

  1. Gareth Bale - Welsh football icon and former Real Madrid and Tottenham player.
  2. Novak Djokovic - 23-time tennis grand slam champion.
  3. Leonardo Fioravanti - Italian Olympic surfer.
  4. Garrett Hilbert - From the YouTube content creators Dude Perfect.
  5. Kipp Popert - The world's No. 1 ranked golfer with a disability.

Team Pavin includes:

  1. Carlos Sainz - Ferrari Formula One driver.
  2. Andriy Shevchenko - Ukrainian football legend.
  3. Kathryn Newton - Hollywood actor.
  4. Victor Cruz - Former Super Bowl-winning wide receiver.
  5. Tomasso Perrino - Recent winner on the Golf for the Disabled (G4D) Tour in Italy.

Colin Montgomerie, who never lost a singles match in eight Ryder Cup appearances, will team up with Gareth Bale, while Corey Pavin will pair with Andriy Shevchenko.

Gareth Bale expressed his excitement, recalling the incredible atmosphere of Europe's 2010 Ryder Cup win, and is looking forward to the All-Star Match under the captaincy of Colin Montgomerie.

Novak Djokovic, chasing his 24th Grand Slam title at the US Open, is eager to experience the legendary atmosphere of a Ryder Cup and hopes to contribute a point for his team.

The event will be broadcast live on Sky Sports (for UK viewers), the Golf Channel (for US viewers), and the Ryder Cup YouTube channel.
