Qualifiers for all 2024 Signature Events, THE PLAYERS and majors

Jake Knapp's victory at the Mexico Open at Vidanta has earned him exemptions into all remaining Signature Events, THE PLAYERS Championship, the Masters, and the PGA Championship, among other invitationals. Additionally, he is guaranteed a spot in The Sentry at Kapalua in 2025 and is included in the winners category of the Priority Ranking through 2026.

Altin van der Merwe's triumph at the Africa Amateur Championship secured him an exemption into The Open Championship this summer, provided he remains an amateur.

As for the remaining qualifying criteria for the majors:

Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by Mastercard (March 7-10):

• Winners of PGA TOUR events through the final week before THE PLAYERS.
• Top 10 in the FedExCup at the conclusion of the Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches (March 3).
• Top 50 of Official World Golf Ranking (March 4).
• If necessary to complete the field of 144, golfers outside the Top 10 in the FedExCup at the conclusion of The Classic in The Palm Beaches on March 3 will gain entry in order of position.

MASTERS (April 11-14):

• Winners of PGA TOUR events that award full FedExCup points allocation for the TOUR Championship.
• Top 50 of Official World Golf Ranking (April 1).

PGA CHAMPIONSHIP (May 16-19):

• TBD

U.S. OPEN (June 13-16):

• Winners of multiple PGA TOUR events that award full FedExCup points allocation since the 2023 U.S. Open.
• Winner of THE PLAYERS (March 17).
• Winner of the Masters (April 14).
• Winner of the PGA Championship (May 19).
• Top 5, not otherwise exempt, in the FedExCup at the conclusion of the PGA Championship (May 19).
• Top 2, not otherwise exempt, in the 2023 Race to Dubai at the conclusion of the PGA Championship (May 19).
• Top player, not otherwise exempt, in the 2024 Race to Dubai (May 19).
• Top 60 of Official World Golf Ranking (May 20).
• Final qualifying at various sites worldwide.

THE OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP (July 18-21):

• Various criteria including top finishers at specific tournaments, final qualifying events, and special exemptions per the USGA.
