Who's In? Full List of 2025 Open Championship Qualifiers Revealed 🏆

⛳ The countdown is on for The 153rd Open Championship at Royal Portrush, and the field is nearly complete. As excitement builds toward golf’s final major of the year (July 17–20), fans are eager to know: Who’s qualified?

While the John Deere Classic wasn’t part of the Open Qualifying Series this year, it still delivered drama. Brian Campbell triumphed in a playoff over Emiliano Grillo, marking his second win of 2025. Although the victory didn’t automatically grant him a spot at The Open, Campbell’s rise to 55th in the Official World Golf Ranking (OWGR) could earn him an alternate spot—especially if some qualified players withdraw by the July 11 deadline.

Campbell’s win did more than boost his OWGR. It locked him into the 2026 editions of:

  • THE PLAYERS Championship

  • The Masters

  • PGA Championship

Plus, his PGA TOUR membership is extended through the 2028 season. A big payday in more ways than one.

🌍 Global Qualifiers Add Spice to the Open Field

Meanwhile, across the pond at the BMW International Open on the DP World Tour, the top five players not already exempt earned their spots via the Race to Dubai standings:

  • Kristoffer Reitan (Norway)

  • John Parry (England)

  • Haotong Li (China)

  • Daniel Hillier (New Zealand)

  • Shaun Norris (South Africa)

Among these five, Reitan will be making his Open debut, while the others have all teed it up at least once before in golf’s oldest major.
