It is important that all the conditions are met:
If your package did not arrive on time, or it arrived broken, incomplete or in poor condition. Shipping has no cost. Write to us. We help you!
Please do not send us any items until you have completed a Return Request and there is a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any returns received without an 'RA Number' will not be processed.
Any returns must be in resale condition and in their original packaging.
A refund cannot be accepted if we have shipped the correct product to the customer in good condition, and as described on the product page.
Once we approve your return, we will send you the details of where to send your order and what happens next.
When we receive your return, it may take up to 5 business days to process your request and issue a refund or exchange. We may contact you to discuss options, and if you requested an exchange to confirm the product you want.
We only accept product complaints within 7 days from when you receive the product.
We may ask you to provide photos if an item is damaged, defective, or the wrong size.
We also need a tracking number for returns. Please, when you return, send us the tracking number of the package.
Customers must cover the cost of returning any item to us:
For non-defective items and items that are 100% received, we charge a 10% restocking fee.
All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and must also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
