  • Although we purchase damage protection packages with the shipping carrier for all orders, it's rare, but sometimes packages can be damaged during transit. If this happens to you, don't worry. Please contact us, including the following additional information:

    • Your payment invoice
    • Images or videos of the packaging or damaged item.

Once we receive this additional information, we will promptly assess your claim and send you a replacement package.
