When Will My Order Be Shipped?
- Normally, it takes 1-3 business days to process your order, and then your order will be packed and handed over to our shipping carrier. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the shipping carrier receives your package. Please note that order processing time does not include Saturdays and Sundays.

- Images or videos of the packaging or damaged item.
Once we receive this additional information, we will promptly assess your claim and send you a replacement package.
